Upon completion of order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam if it is not visible in your inbox. You will be able to track your order via the SHOP app. Details will be provided in the confirmation email. We process all orders within approximately 7 business days. You will receive your purchased items within 14-50 days depending on your location. Sometimes there are slight delays. 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out or produced. 


Within limited exceptions, all returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Some items are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us at sales@eternallymeraki.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@eternallymeraki.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include the packing invoice; this will let the Eternally Meraki team know your order number for all returns.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

For accepted returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as intimates, bodysuits, accessories, and swimwear. They are NOT eligible for exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
